Hello, thank you for being here.

It can be hard to ask for help when you are used to having all of the answers, but you deserve the same support that you give to others.

Hi, I’m Karen. I help adults in caregiving, helping, and leadership roles find more balanced and fulfilled lives. I know you are used to being everyone else’s “go-to” person and can handle whatever life throws at you, but you are looking for extra support and a non-judgmental space to process what’s going on.

I help my clients feel more balanced, less anxious, and have the confidence to manage whatever they are faced with. I do this by bringing a mix of exploration and education to sessions to help you better understand the "why" behind your behavior, become more grounded in the present, and learn practical skills and tools to help you continue to show up for yourself and those that matter most to you.

My goal is to ensure that you feel heard, supported, and believed at every step in the process. I take time to truly listen and understand your unique experiences and perspectives. Through our work together, you’ll feel greater inner peace and have more satisfying relationships with others.

When I am not in session, I enjoy working out, online shopping, taste testing in the kitchen, and getting outside. If it’s a nice day, you will find me by the water!

If you think we may be a good fit to work together, let’s connect!
